My Project:
Title: Logical Modeling of AML cell line THP-1 function and differentiation into macrophages, using a middle-out approach
The aim: Develop a logical model representing the THP-1 cell line, as a first step to modelling AML. Starting with an existing AML model, THP-1 specific genes and pathways identified though omics data analysis from cell line data will be integrated. The model will be tested against the effects of drug inhibition activities performed on the THP-1 cell line.
